Feeling Stressed or Tired?

Meditating only 20min daily can help you develop more self awareness and mindfulness. Take some time out of your busy day where you will not be disturbed for you to have time for you - to relax. Not only will meditation help you to ultimately get to know oneself more and assist you in your day to day life and wellbeing but it will also give you more understanding of life and our purpose in here on earth. Meditation can help and guide us in many ways.

As a teacher of Metaphysics, Meditation and Mindfulness I now hold meditation groups weekly.

You can meet like minded people and connect with others to help you on your journey.

Some of you may have many questions and have heard about meditation but you are not entirely sure what it is about. Meditation is simply a technique of visualisation where I will guide you into a state of relaxation and by practising this wonderful technique you will notice more calmness and awareness for everything around you.

*It has no negative side effects and there is nothing but positivity to be gained from it.

*It is not dangerous and there is nothing to fear.

*It is simply being quite and going within.

It is recommended that you meditate daily and a meditation can be as long you want it to be but to begin guided meditations is normally between 15-20 minutes.

Meditation is like a dream - You will be guided through a journey and when you orient yourself back you will have write down what you have seen or experienced because like a dream it will fade quickly.
