You may reschedule your session, re-assign your payment to another service if you are not able to keep the appointment. 48 hour cancelation or reschedule applies to all bookings. If you missed your appointment there will be no refunds, as that is time lost. On rare occasions, appointments can be rearranged by Chrysilla to fill her working calendar more efficiently with a time and date that is suitable to you.
