Feeling Dizzy and Weird - Don't Panic!



So many people seems to feel these symtoms and no one wants to say anything because they will seem silly and that it is probably nothing.

Please do not think that you have to go on medication or leave your medication as some did think it was just that, everything is just fine. ( If you feel you have to see a doctor that is fine as I am not in the medical proffesion)

Your body is busy adjusting to the new energies but while this is happenig you might not feel yourself or you might feel like you are a bit tipsy and you have not had a drop of alchochol. That was sure how I felt for a couple of days.

Make sure you get a lot of sleep if you are feeling tired as you might find that you are sleeping a lot anyway or more than usual. Let your body rest.

You might start to have a lot more vivid dreams and remembering them more when waking up. Get a dream journal and start writing them down.

As you can see the first picture inset is the Fibonacci Sequence. Sacred geometry involves sacred universal patterns used in the design of everything in our reality, also seen in sacred architecture and sacred art. The basic belief is that geometry and mathematical ratios, harmonics and proportion are also found in music, light, cosmology and everywhere in nature.the chief numbers in sacred geometry that you'll find all over the world are 3, 7 10 and 11.

Do you see this numbers daily - 10:10, 11:11 or maybe the 777.

As this spiral is moving from the point at the bottom upwards, so is our conciousness moving upwards and as we move up we have to increase our vibration to keep up with the new energy coming through hence why you will feel a bit ungrounde - Dizzy, miplacing items, sensitive to light or noise, bumping into things to name a few.


How to stay Grounded

* Drink water

* Take a walk barefoot into the soft sands of the earth

* Eat something heavy

* Use crystals like;

Kyanite - blue or black

Tourmaline
